Who we are

DineCore is restaurant management software operated for restaurant businesses. Designed and developed by Nicco Web Solutions.

Information we collect

When you request a demo we store your name, business name, email, phone, and optional notes so our team can contact you. When you sign up we store your name, business name, email, and a hashed password. We do not store payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

Demo leads are reviewed by Super Admin and sales. Account registrations are reviewed for license assignment and approval. Restaurant operational data (orders, bills, inventory) stays inside that restaurant’s workspace and is not mixed with another business.

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, remember light/dark preference, and protect forms with a CSRF token. Session cookies are HTTP-only.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Super Admin users can see demo requests and account registrations in order to operate the platform.

Retention

Demo requests and account records are kept while needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may contact us to ask about correction or deletion of a demo lead.
